Regional 6 Quiz Competition

Today, Sunday 9th August, there was a  quiz competition in Port-Louis for young Sai Devotees who regularly attend Bal Vikas(Spiritual Education for the young). There were two categories, Primary level students(Std1 to Std6) and Secondary Level(you guessed it). From each category, 3 Top Scorers would make it to the National Level and represent Port-Louis.

Its was a very interesting event with pretty good organization. Some questions were really easy , while others.. . The question were projected on a white screen, and the participants had to write the correct answer in a small whiteboard within 30 seconds. After each question the jury decided the marks for each and every participant which was recorded in a spreadsheet. Kinda cool, the spreadsheet could have been better looking.(Hint – View > Full Screen or hit F11)

The event was a success, and everybody(including me) learnt something here and there. I wish all the best to the 6 kid who will represent Port Louis in the forthcoming National Competition..! You knew Lord Krishna lifted a mountain?? well.. he did.
